Two cats were killed in South Yarra on Tuesday evenin바카라사이트g.
Officers with the Victgospelhitzoria Paramedic Service (VPS) found the pair tied up inside a house on Springwood Road about 9.30pm.
They arrived at the scene to investigate but the animal바카라사이트s did not escape and both were pronounced dead at the scene.
A man has since been arrested for suspicion of cruelty to animals.
